Slow-Walking the return of binders-worth of contemporaneous documents
& information critical to an impartial, fair, & accurate defense
against false allegations & abuse of power imposed upon especially poor, low-income
Students, Families, & Educators of color by Officials working in our Public
Schools.
Additionally, the Teachers Union’s
so call “Political Action Team” refused
to provide critical documents to the Union Lawyer initially assigned to represent
me against the bogus New York
State 3020a charges
nefariously concocted by Officials working with our Public Schools.

Conflict of Interest, Obstruction
of Justice, Deceptive, Unfair, & Bias Legal Representation by the Teachers
Union demonstrated even prior to the start of the New York State
3020a Investigation Hearings. Contemporaneous report written immediately after
my initial conference with the then newly assigned Union Lawyer, [note: the previous Union Lawyer assigned to
represent me was ABRUBTLY changed].
