Searching for the etiology, (the origin
& cause), and prognosis, (the prospects of recovery), to a dis-ease is central
to designing a sound treatment plan or plan of correction. In this humanitarian
quest, one must be vigilant of those with power & influence inconsistent
with the goodness of nature; of those misguided, shallow-processing minds that,
only for the immediate time, cannot see beyond their nose to know that – to
hinder processes so critical to human health and public good affects the entire
human race.
Authorities report that Chicago is reaching a state of lawlessness.
Some humans blame the chaos and increase in homicide rates on structural racism
and abuse of power by public officials and others blame such conditions on wars
between street-gangs. However, such “hot-potato” like blame game only manages
to generate a lot more shrapnel and smoke which further clouds the minds of
folks from identifying the true etiology, (origin & cause), to this
dis-ease which in turn confounds the prospects of recovery, (prognosis). Can this
actually be the bigger plan? What kind of opportunities does such instability
breed for others?
The New York Daily News recently
reported the following: “Chicago Christmas weekend violence leaves 53
shot, 11 dead.” “Chicago Police say more than 40 people were
shot over the holiday weekend.” “All
told, the number of people shot in Chicago
this year reached more than 4,300 and the number of homicides to 770. Last
year, there were 2,989 shooting victims and 492 murders.”

Modern
Implementation & Impact of Discrimination Training
Considering the described state of
lawlessness and reported increases in crime in the streets of Chicago, on the
surface, one would think that the Science of Psychology & Behavioral
Modification Models that stem from scientific research known as, “Experiments
in Stimulus Discrimination”, (aka Classical/Respondent & Operant Conditioning),
specifically used to conduct discrimination training, has proven to be an “epic fail” in controlling human
behavior.
The
scientific term “to condition” means to adapt, modify, or mold to respond in a
particular way. To modify so that an act or response previously associated with
one stimulus becomes associated with another, (Webster’s Collegiate
Dictionary).
The
scientific word “operant” means to emit by or elicit from an organism without a
specific or identifiable stimulus, (Psychology Webster’s Encyclopedic
Dictionary).
On the surface, one would think that if
the implementation of such scientific models were, in anyway, effective in
controlling human behavior, they would have demonstrated such effectiveness by
controlling and diminishing these rampant behavior problems that continue to
plague society and threaten the entire human race.
But have
such experiments truly grown to become “epic

Humans are forced to live in an
environment controlled by public officials that reportedly harbor an entrenched
culture of racism & abuse. The humans are surrounded with a Surplus of
Two Specific Commodities - Guns & Drugs. The humans are also surrounded
with Deficits in the areas of Fair Protection by the Law, Quality Education,
Meaningful Community Programs, & Meaningful Employment Opportunities, eliciting
an unfavorable response, (increase use of surplus in order to reverse deficits).
If this procedure is repeated
several times, [the presentation of this particular combination of
deficits, (protection, education, community programs, employment), paired
with this particular surplus, (of guns & drugs)], after a while, the surplus,
[which initially had no inherent
relationship to organizing into street-gangs & no inherent usefulness to
reverse deficits critical to survival & to which covert stimuli – such as
an entrenched culture of racism & abuse, disparate allocation of public
tax-payer generated funds, & the like - were never specifically identified],
will elicit the conditioned response that organizing into gangs, using guns &
drugs, & behaving violently are the only means to success and survival in
their environment.

a result, humans are considered to have been conditioned, (modified), to
respond to the critical deficits structured into their environment by way of a
learned negative association intentionally elicited, (or brought-out), by other
humans. Producing such form of differentiation by repeatedly pairing environmental
deficits that are critical to human survival with a surplus of guns &
drugs, you can condition humans to respond more selectively to survival.
These procedures are scientifically recognized as experiments in stimulus discrimination and are scientifically used
to conduct discrimination training.

have been conned,

irrefutable truth here is that

is no existing credible scientific evidence
to
support the claim that

humans inherently perceive
gangs,

conditions which humans,
(children, students, educators, families),

Why are they

to plague the welfare of humanity &
