Bullying In Our Schools Begins With Our Leaders

Bullying In Our Schools Begins With Our Leaders

By Luis Ángel Pérez, writing4light

Why is it that school leaders have to wait for

THE ERUPTION OF RAGE
&
Media Exposure

before they actually change Their posture
&
begin to fix Their stage

so that our school age humans
can feel & even perhaps actually be
“safe”?

“Look, a loss of life is a tragedy. There’s no two ways about it.
My heart goes out to everybody there.”

“My job is to see –
(A) how can I relieve the pain that they have right now, and
(B) to do the investigation to ensure that
if there’s something we could have done differently
then we’ll do, definitely, in the future.”

Carmen Farina, New York City School Chancellor,
Interviewed on Eyewitness News, September 28, 2017

NOTICE THE OPTICS

Her, “(A)”, was expressed in a slow seemingly sympathetic pace & tone,
abruptly followed by a rapid shift in demeanor when asserting her, “(B)”.

Her, “(B)”, in contrast, was expressed nonchalantly & in a faster pace,
as if the solution to the problem is little & “that simple”.

Perhaps the School Chancellor can relieve a whole lot of pain for New Yorkers by simply owning the fact, right now, that she, along with her administrative, investigative, & legal teams, [and whatever wealthy elitists have them tightly bound as pocket puppets], all actually condone, in our schools, a culture of –

(A) Bullying &
(B) Nefariously Faulted Investigations.

Perhaps the School Chancellor can relieve a whole lot of pain for New Yorkers by simply admitting, right now, that she leads a destructive force which covertly maintains zero quarrels in –

(C) Ignoring Important Fact-Findings,
(D) Lying Under Oath,
(E) Suborning Perjury,
(F) Obstructing Justice, &
(G) Violating the Human & Constitutional Rights of Some of the Most
Vulnerable & Disenfranchised Groups of Humans in New York.

Perhaps the School Chancellor can relieve further pain for New Yorkers by embracing & using, right now, her newly unveiled candor as the mark for the start of her administration’s emancipation from special interest groups & corporations in the way which has been so damning to our children & to the future of the entire human race.

Perhaps the School Chancellor can relieve even more pain for New Yorkers by helping, right now, to transcend – from the typical arctic cut-throat business model to a real sanctuary for advocacy, support, empathy, hope, fairness & equal justice for all – our Department of Education, aka Board of Education; notoriously known for a checkered past of corruption, racial discrimination, segregation, intellectual oppression, and the like.
Discourse which they vehemently fight, history which they rigorously hash, conditions which they’re interested to rehash.
